To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, provide accurate and complete registration information, and maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, all activities that occur under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use, and ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate.
You may use our Service for legitimate business and marketing purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use our Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation; create, distribute, or promote spam, misleading, or deceptive content; infringe upon intellectual property rights of others; harass, abuse, or harm others through automated messaging; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts; upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software; scrape or harvest data from our platform without permission; use our Service to compete directly with our business; create fake accounts or impersonate others; or violate platform policies of third-party services we integrate with.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate business guidance and marketing content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication, we do not guarantee the originality or uniqueness of AI-generated content, and content may require human editing and customization.
You remain solely responsible for all content published through our Service, ensuring content complies with applicable laws and regulations, verifying accuracy and appropriateness of automated content, and obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted material.
SumoLevel by SumoGrowth, including its software, algorithms, design, and content, is owned by DropFreedom LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our Service.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.
Respect for third-party intellectual property rights is required. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us with a detailed notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with thirty (30) days advance notice. Free trials may be subject to additional terms and limitations.
Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation. We use third-party payment processors and do not store payment information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Refunds are generally not provided except within 30 days of initial subscription for paid plans, when required by applicable consumer protection laws, or at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our Service; change these Terms with reasonable notice; suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations; and implement usage limits or restrictions.

If you access our API, additional terms may apply, including rate limiting and usage restrictions, authentication and security requirements, and compliance with our developer guidelines.
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DROPFREEDOM LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DropFreedom LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, and content you create, upload, or distribute through our Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings, contacting our customer support, or following the cancellation process outlined in your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, fail to pay applicable fees, or create security risks or technical issues.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued, your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period, outstanding fees remain due and payable, and provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida.
Before pursuing litigation, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. We are committed to working with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and DropFreedom LLC.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Force Majeure. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or technical failures.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through email notification to your registered email address, prominent notice on our website, or in-app notifications.
Your continued use of our Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
